In a friendly country atmosphere, looking out on to a beautiful terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, Elio and Angelo, offer you a typical Mediterranean and Tuscan cuisine, with a choice of fish and meat dishes, using only the freshest products of the season.
Our restaurant offers a creative cuisine, with fish as one of its basic ingredients; good food means flavours that tell of the sun, of the aromas of the vegetable garden, of steaming hot fish starters, of delicious home made bread, and of extra virgin olive oil. Our restaurant is well known in Capoliveri, both by the locals and also by national and international gourmets.
Don’t forget we make and sell our own extra virgin olive oil. The oil is produced through cold pressing from ‘cultivar’, ‘pendolino’, ‘moraiolo’, ‘frantoio’, and ‘leccino’ olives, harvested from late October to November.
The choice from our menu in the restaurant is very wide: you can choose from hot toasted bread with shellfish and vegetables, or a hot seafood salad, or Angus beef carpaccio as a starter; Fetuccine in cuttlefish ink sauce, or tripolini with shellfish, or home made gnocchi with fish sauce as a first course; fresh, grilled fish and shellfish, or a very tender Angus beef steak, or grilled T-bone steak cooked there and then as a second course.
The menu offers a large choice of hot and cold starters, from the sea or from the land, a large selection of main dishes and tasty home made sweets.
We prepare also special foods for children and gluten free foods.
Our sommelier Mr Arduini will be more than delighted to advise you on any of our 250 different wines from the wine cellar.
On request, we will organize a fixed, personalized menu for groups up to 100 people, (not possible in August), depending on seasonal availability.
